Sarah Francis is a 33 year old Sales Manager from Bristol who describes her experience. "I really wanted to give up smoking and had tried so many different methods with out success, I never thought that I would be able to give up for good. I generally smoked 15 a day but more if I went out for a drink. A friend recommended that I tried hypnosis, I wasn't sure at first as I didn't really know much about it and had visions of the "look into my eyes" Little Britain sketch. Its nothing like that at all, you just feel really relaxed throughout the session. Since I had the treatment I haven't smoked or wanted to smoke, even when I have been on nights out!"
Paul Hamer a 31 year old IT consultant from London says that "It was amazing I can't believe that it worked. I went from 30 cigarettes in a day to nothing over night. Tina Laurens is 40 and works in marketing. She says "Since my treatment 7 weeks ago I have lost 1 stone and am at my target weight. I was able to lose the weight easily as I no longer want unhealthy foods which is fantastic as I don't feel that I am missing out on anything. I now take my time eating and don't feel that I want huge portions."
Michelle Crawford is 36 and from London, she says "I have been on a constant diet since I was a teenager. I am now able to eat healthily without counting the calories or feeling restricted. It has been great watching the weight fall steadily off and I am now only 3KG from my target weight. I am not sure exactly how it works and to be honest I don't care as I have the result that I wanted."
